WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION LIKE?

In Victoria, Reveal Laser is located within the Royal Oak Shopping Center, so there’s plenty of free parking available.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I SHOW UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment ensuring we will have adequate time to complete your service. Please call us if you are running behind, but note that late arrivals may be unable to be treated if there is another client booked right after, and your full service fee will apply. 

WHAT IS THE ETIQUETTE AT REVEAL LASER?

When you arrive at the clinic, please have a seat in our lovely waiting room. If you need to use the bathroom first, please ask us for the bathroom key. We appreciate you refraining from talking on your phone in consideration of other clients. 

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes! You can choose to pay for your purchase with 0% financing up to 4 equal payments!*

Absolutely!  To be sure the ideal treatment is chosen for his or her skin type, we gladly offer a free consultation.

I’VE NEVER HAD A SKIN TREATMENT DONE BEFORE. I AM VERY NERVOUS, WILL YOU WALK ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS?

Yes! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, we will be explaining everything to you throughout the whole process.

MY SKIN HAS COMPLETELY CHANGED AND I AM UNSURE WHERE TO EVEN START WITH TRYING TO TAKE CARE IT. CAN YOU HELP?

No worries, we are here to help! We will start with a complimentary consultation where we can discuss all your current concerns and help you make the best skin care plan for you!

I JUST HAD FILLER OR BOTOX. CAN I COME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY?

If the above treated area is the same as where we will be working, you will need to wait two weeks before coming in for your appointment.

HOW MUCH DOWNTIME SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER MY TREATMENT?

Most treatments have minimal downtime however if you are concerned about a work schedule or event coming up please give us a call so we can discuss all details together.

SHOULD I STOP USING ALL MY RETINOL PRODUCTS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes, we suggest discontinuing use of all retinol products 3 days before treatment.

DO YOU USE NUMBING CREAM IN YOUR CLINIC?

Yes, we provide numbing cream if your treatment requires it.

I’VE HEARD LASER AND IPL ARE PAINFUL?

In the past, some of the older technology could be uncomfortable but because our equipment is all new technology there is minimal discomfort.

I JUST HAD A TREATMENT DONE AT A DIFFERENT CLINIC, SHOULD I CHECK WITH YOU BEFORE BOOKING IN AT YOUR CLINIC?

Yes, please give us a call so we can discuss all details before booking you in.

I LIKE THE SKINCARE PRODUCTS I AM USING NOW, DO I NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS?

No, purchasing our skin care lines is optional.

WHAT TYPE OF SKINCARE PRODUCTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We suggest using a medical grade skin care line. It will help enhance the results you receive from treatments.

I HEARD MEDICAL GRADE SKIN CARE IS VERY EXPENSIVE?

We offer AlumierMD and HistoLab products, both known for their exceptional quality at affordable prices. AlumierMD is a clean skincare line featuring potent active ingredients that deliver superior results compared to over-the-counter products. HistoLab, a premium brand from Korea, also offers top-tier products known for their effectiveness and high standards.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We’re not your average walk-in beauty clinic, but rather a clinic offering medical grade skin treatments and a holistic approach to skin health and aging. We value our time with each client and appreciate you providing at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment so that we may have the opportunity to fill the spot. We appreciate you calling or emailing to cancel if required.

DO YOU CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE?

Yes, cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
